Waiver:

The Ocean Springs RV Resort, LLC dba Cozy Rosy GlampGround reserves the right to refuse any Exhibitor/Vendor application. Should this occur, the fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend and hold harmless Ocean Springs RV Resort, LLC dba Cozy Rosy GlampGround their respective officers, agents, board of directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, damages, or losses due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by The Ocean Springs RV Resort, LLC dba Cozy Rosy GlampGround or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors/Vendors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitors/Vendors must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. ANY EXHIBITOR/VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES LIABILITY.

This will be an outdoor event, setting up on grass areas that may not be flat. Exhibitors/Vendors are expected to come prepared for these conditions. Power is supplied at an additional cost.
